Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Hospital Specialist to engage healthcare providers in-person, virtually, and digitally, delivering on-label information and product access guidance within a local ecosystem.

The role reports to the Area Business Lead and works with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support to drive patient care in the Chattanooga area. The candidate will coordinate outreach, organize local provider discussions, and communicate insights to inform regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment undergoing transformation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to HCPs on topics such as product access and on-label information.
• Engage customers through various virtual or digital tools and direct them to other colleagues (e.g., MSLs) as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups for discussions on experiences and outcomes with local/regional leaders.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead, including local market insights to inform local strategy and business goals.
