Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of healthcare sales experience or B2B sales.
• 3+ years in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Launch/antipsychotic/bipolar sales experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license required.
• Strong passion for improving patients' lives and high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Following compliance guidelines, drive sales performance to meet/exceed forecasts by calling on HCP offices and Community Centers.
• Effectively uses budgets to achieve territory objectives; tailor discussions to customer needs.
• Maintain understanding of local market, practice structures, and key influencers; share with stakeholders.
• Input into resource allocation and identify programs for customers and systems.
• Develop local business plans with Regional Manager to achieve objectives; capitalize on formulary opportunities.
• Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists to align on objectives and best practices.
• Manage administrative tasks: hours, sales calls data, objectives, responses, and expense reporting.
• Inform business plans based on customer needs, resources, and products.
• Complete all company training within required timelines.
