Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years in pharma/health/science with 3+ years in pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Ability to obtain HCIR credentials and required state licenses/clearances.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales results and meet brand KPIs in Neuroscience.
• Create and execute pre-call plans; evaluate calls to improve performance.
• Develop call plans to maximize territory coverage and access.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value with providers and build disease state expertise.
• Identify disease state experts and speakers to support brand performance.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and compliant selling practices.
