Qualifications

• Two years of healthcare sales/account management or B2B sales experience.
• 3+ years of sales in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Launch, antipsychotic, and/or bipolar sales experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet or exceed forecasts within the assigned territory by calling on healthcare professionals and clinics.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources to achieve territory objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market, practice structures, and key influencers.
• Develop local business plans with stakeholders to achieve objectives and optimize formulary opportunities.
• Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists to share best practices and align objectives.
• Accurately document work hours, calls, objectives, responses, and expenses.
• Inform business plans with deep knowledge of customer needs, resources, and products.
• Complete all required training in a timely manner.
