Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare or business/public administration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in reimbursement or managed care in provider settings.
• Strong ability to build relationships across matrix organizations.
• Knowledge of pharmacy and medical benefit design, coding and prior authorizations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team and serve as access and reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support team members.
• Utilize data and account management to address access barriers.
• Address affordability issues with urgency and accountability for patients.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and potential changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support, education and problem-solving.
• Build strong relationships with customers in all assigned accounts.
