Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers via in-person, virtual, and digital tools, sharing on-label information and supporting local care delivery.

Reporting to the Area Business Lead, you will collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams, organize speaker programs and local provider groups, and translate insights into local strategy while maintaining compliant practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience or equivalent, with readiness for Otsuka ReadyNow program.
• 3+ years of B2B or outside sales experience in regulated, clinical, or customer engagement roles.
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive engagement with HCPs on on-label information and patient care guidance.
• Use virtual or digital tools to engage customers and direct to CSS when needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups with regional leaders.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to Area Business Lead to inform local strategy.
