Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital tools, delivering on-label information and patient-care guidance.

You will coordinate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to inform local strategy, organize speaker programs, and lead discussions with local/regional leaders to improve patient outcomes and the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
• 3+ years of B2B or equivalent outside sales experience or
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to HCPs on product access, on-label information, and patient care guidance
• Engage customers through various virtual or digital tools and direct them to other colleagues as needed
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups for discussions with local/regional leaders
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead with local market insights
