Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account management and/or reimbursement experience in provider office setting.
• Experience in pharmacy and medical buy-and-bill, coding, billing, prior authorizations, and appeals.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Address access barriers using data and account management skills.
• Maintain knowledge of payer policies and market dynamics across accounts.
