Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a District Manager, Neuroscience to lead the Southwest Territory sales team across Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. You will drive district strategy, coach Sales Specialists, and ensure ethical, compliant customer interactions while achieving robust sales growth.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree (MS/MBA/PhD preferred), 6+ years in pharma sales or related roles, and a proven ability to lead, coach, and develop others.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of district strategy and a coordinated district business plan aligned with priorities.
• Directly supervise Sales Specialists within the district, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and compensation execution.
• Provide coaching to strengthen selling effectiveness, clinical execution using approved resources, and territory planning discipline.
