Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a District Manager, Neuroscience to lead a sales team across the Southwest Territory (Arizona, New Mexico, El Paso, Texas) and drive high-impact customer interactions while achieving targets in the neuropsychiatric and neurologic portfolio.

Role: District Manager, Neuroscience responsible for leading a sales team in the Southwest Territory (Arizona, New Mexico, El Paso, Texas) to drive high-impact customer interactions and achieve sales targets within the neuropsychiatric and neurologic disorder portfolio.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sales or related roles
• valid driver’s license
• ability to travel up to 50%
• experience in cross-functional leadership, coaching, data analysis, and strategic planning
• strong understanding of neuroscience therapeutics and payor dynamics preferred

• Neuroscience focus on disorders such as MS, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, epilepsy, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and autism
