Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist for Neuroscience in Fort Lauderdale, FL, working in the field to drive demand for medicines through scientific dialogue with Health Care Providers across a Florida territory.

You will build credibility with RTLs and physicians, share current clinical data, and collaborate with medical and commercial teams to ensure compliant, impactful engagements that advance patient care.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
• Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross‑functionally with a positive team mindset and can‑do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Promotion – Promote approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet/exceed targets.
• Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue – Present information with scientific accuracy and discuss data with HCPs.
