Job summary

Rochester Regional Health is seeking an APP Manager for the Neurosciences service line in Rochester, NY. The leader will partner with physician, operational, nursing, and APP leadership to advance clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and professional practice across the service line.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or PA-focused advanced degree.
• Current New York NP or PA licensure and NCCPA certification.
• Minimum three years of APP leadership or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and sustains an environment that supports APP clinical practice and patient care.
• Oversees recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, scheduling, retention and professional development.
• Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring, performance management for APP staff.
• Promotes collaboration, accountability, open communication and continuous improvement.
