This leader is responsible for developing and supporting the APP workforce while fostering a collaborative environment focused on exceptional patient care, quality outcomes, and continuous professional development. The Neurosciences Service Line APP Manager serves as the operational and clinical leader for APPs within Neurosciences, supporting workforce planning, recruitment and retention, regulatory readiness, quality improvement initiatives, and strategic program development while promoting the core values of Rochester Regional Health.
BS: Physician Assistant, MS: Advanced Practice Nursing
NP - Nurse Practitioner Certification - New York State Education Department (NYSED), PA-C - Certified Physician Assistant - National Committee on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

PAY RANGE: $155,000.00 - $165,000.00 CITY: Rochester POSTAL CODE: 14621 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
