Job summary

ReMed, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner, is seeking an experienced Program Director to oversee Covington, LA adult neurorehabilitation programs. You will manage operations, finances, and personnel to ensure outstanding clinical care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, payroll oversight, and collaboration with the Clinical Director and executive team to drive program performance and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory/administrative experience within healthcare operations.
• Basic knowledge of brain injury rehabilitation.
• Strong leadership and HR management abilities.
• Excellent communication, finances, organization, and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (CARF, OSHA/Safety).
• Valid driver’s license with a responsible driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational, financial, and personnel functions for Covington, LA programs.
• Develop and monitor the annual program budget with Clinical Director and executive team.
• Approve program-related expenses, purchases, and facility maintenance requests.
• Manage petty cash, reporting, and weekly reconciliations.
• Overssee site infrastructure, properties, vehicles, and safety standards.
