Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead the Covington, LA neurorehabilitation program. You will ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations while building a high‑performing team.

Responsibilities include budget oversight, payroll, staff recruitment, and vendor management to sustain top‑tier care for brain injury patients. A strong leader with healthcare operations experience is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or a related field is required.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or administrative experience in healthcare operations.
• Basic knowledge of brain injury rehabilitation is helpful.
• Strong leadership, HR handling, and equitable management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong financial acumen.

Mansioni

• Oversee operational, financial, and personnel functions of Covington programs.
• Develop and monitor the program budget with Clinical Director and executive team.
• Approve program expenses and manage site procurement and maintenance.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development; oversee schedules and payroll.
