Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Gilroy, CA is seeking a Full-Time Program Director to lead clinical direction, oversee program operations, finances and personnel, and supervise staff. This role directs assessment and development of all client treatment plans and ensures quality management across sites.

The ideal candidate holds a license or advanced degree in mental health or rehabilitation, with 5+ years in brain injury rehab and at least 3 years of supervisory experience, plus strong

• License and/or advanced degree in mental health or rehabilitation.
• 5+ years in brain injury rehabilitation.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Excellent leadership, supervisory and communication skills.
• Superior planning, organizational, writing, speaking and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regular admissions and discharges meetings and budget reviews.
• Meet with Regional VP to discuss program, personnel, budget, client and company issues.
• Build relationships and work effectively with staff at all levels inside and outside the organization.
• Ensure consistent interpretation of and compliance with Collage policies and procedures by using manuals and related resources.
• Analyze data to evaluate, revise and develop systems to enhance operations and clinical effectiveness.
• Responsible for program evaluation/quality assessment systems; tracking, completion, and timeliness.
• Approve all program expenses, purchases and maintenance
