HireNow Staffing is assisting in recruiting a seasoned Clinical Rehabilitation Operations & Patient Experience Director for a Los Gatos, California-based rehabilitation center. This full-time leadership role oversees daily operations, ensures clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient satisfaction while mentoring healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a related field, 5+ years of healthcare leadership, and California licensure where

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, PT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership or rehab ops.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary clinical and admin teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor clinical and administrative staff to ensure care excellence.
• Direct daily clinic operations: staffing, scheduling, workflow optimization.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
• Develop training programs and leadership coaching.
• Assess staffing needs and optimize workforce productivity.
• Analyze reports to improve financial performance and patient access.
• Foster a collaborative culture focused on engagement and growth.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning.
