Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a sales and/or clinical role.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical support through programming, troubleshooting, and intraoperative guidance for spinal cord stimulation procedures.
• Deliver patient follow-up care to ensure optimal therapy performance.
• Partner with the sales team and healthcare professionals to drive therapy adoption and outcomes.
• Educate customers on device usage with presentations and demonstrations.
• Lead educational initiatives for customers with hands-on demonstrations.
