Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a Clinical Specialist 2 to support spinal cord stimulation procedures and deliver expert clinical guidance. You will educate clinicians, perform programming, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure optimal patient therapy outcomes.

You will collaborate with the sales team, participate in education initiatives, and provide hands-on intraoperative support across hospitals and surgery centers,travelling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a sales and/or clinical role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferred science background.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical support through programming, troubleshooting, and intraoperative guidance for spinal cord stimulation procedures.
• Deliver patient follow-up care, ensuring optimal therapy performance and long-term success.
• Partner with the sales team and healthcare professionals to drive therapy adoption and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.
• Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products with presentations and demonstrations.
• Lead educational initiatives for customers using diverse formats to keep clinicians informed about product technology.
• Work closely with physicians, hospital staff, and other healthcare providers for tailored education on clinical benefits and best practices.
