Job summary

Boston Scientific Neuromodulation is seeking a Clinical Specialist II to partner with healthcare professionals, support implant procedures, and ensure optimal patient outcomes through technical expertise and training.

You will work closely with physicians and hospital staff, deliver education on spinal cord stimulation products, participate in surgeries, and drive adoption while maintaining compliance and patient care standards across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years’ work experience in a sales and/or clinical role.
• Medical device sales and/or clinical education experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology or other science field.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical support through programming, troubleshooting, and intraoperative guidance for spinal cord stimulation procedures.
• Deliver patient follow-up care, ensuring optimal therapy performance and long-term success.
• Partner with the sales team and healthcare professionals to drive therapy adoption and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.
• Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations across formats.
