Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Clinical Specialist 2 to support spinal cord stimulation procedures, provide technical expertise, and ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will partner with healthcare professionals, educate customers, and lead educational initiatives across multiple formats to advance neuromodulation therapies.

The role involves travel within the assigned region, collaborating with physicians and hospital staff, and delivering hands-on support during procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience in a sales and/or clinical role.
• Medical device sales and/or clinical education experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology or other science field preferred.
• Experience as Physical Therapy Assistant, RN, Chiropractor Assistant, Radiologic Tech or Surgical Tech or similar field encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical support through programming, troubleshooting, and intraoperative guidance for spinal cord stimulation procedures.
• Deliver patient follow-up care, ensuring optimal therapy performance and long-term success.
• Partner with the sales team and healthcare professionals to drive therapy adoption and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.
• Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products via presentations and demonstrations.
• Lead educational initiatives for customers with diverse formats to keep healthcare professionals informed about advancements.
