Boston Scientific is seeking a Clinical Specialist 2 to partner with healthcare professionals in spinal cord stimulation procedures, providing technical expertise and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The role involves programming, troubleshooting, education, and collaboration with the sales team across diverse clinical settings.

Travel within the assigned region is required; a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of sales or clinical experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a sales and/or clinical role.
• Preferred qualifications include Medical device sales and/or clinical education experience; degrees in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology or related fields.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert clinical support through programming, troubleshooting, and intraoperative guidance for spinal cord stimulation procedures.
• Deliver patient follow-up care to ensure optimal therapy performance and long-term success.
• Partner with sales and healthcare professionals to drive therapy adoption and deliver outcomes.
• Educate customers on device usage with presentations and demonstrations across formats.
• Lead educational initiatives using diverse formats to keep clinicians informed on product advances and industry trends.
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital staff to tailor education on clinical benefits and best practices.
• Engage clients through training sessions, workshops, and informational meetings to support therapy outcomes.
• Support surgical cases in hospital or surgery center environments and monitor patient progress.
