Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Clinical Specialist I, CPT for Eugene, OR/Corvallis, OR. You will provide technical and clinical support to physicians, staff, and customers while collaborating with Territory Managers to identify sales opportunities and improve therapy adoption.

The role requires a biomedical engineering background, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Occasional after-hours support may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong clinical data communication and ability to educate clinicians.
• Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills for multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical clinical expertise and support of the sales process.
• Assist Territory Managers in after-hours call support and activities.
• Build trust with customers and integrate into accounts.
• Proficient in complex programming and clinical case support.
• Travel up to 25% within assigned region.
