Job summary

Abbott in Little Rock, AR is recruiting a Clinical Specialist I, CPT to provide technical clinical expertise and support for Abbott Chronic Pain Therapies. You will collaborate with Territory Managers, current customers, and potential customers to drive sales through education, case support, and product knowledge.

The role requires a biomedical engineering degree or related field and 1–2 years of clinical experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years’ work experience in clinical setting.
• Ability to communicate and educate clinical data in the Chronic Pain Therapies space.
• Strong clinical skills and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical, clinical, and programming assistance to Territory Managers.
• Support after-hours calls and activities for Territory Managers.
• Build trust with accounts and foster relationships with customers.
• Conduct complex programming and case support.
• Travel up to 25% to engage clients.
