Job summary

Abbott in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Clinical Specialist I, CPT to provide technical clinical support and training for Chronic Pain Therapies across assigned accounts. You will work with Territory Managers to identify opportunities and build competency among physicians and staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Biomedical Engineering degree or equivalent, has 1–2 years clinical experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years’ clinical experience, preferably with patients.
• Ability to educate clinical data in the Chronic Pain Therapies space.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical, clinical, and programming assistance to Territory Managers.
• Integrates into accounts and builds strong customer rapport.
• Proficient in complex programming and case support.
• Travels up to 25% within the region.
• Provides medical professionals with sales support and training on products.
