Job summary

Eclipse Specialty & Emergency Pet Care is seeking an experienced Neurology Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead our Neurology team. This hands-on leadership role combines clinical neurology with coaching, problem-solving, and operational improvement to elevate patient care and team performance.

You will work closely with board-certified neurologists to supervise diagnostics, advanced imaging, and pre/post-operative care, while building a strong, sustainable department and supporting staff

Qualifications

• Strong clinical experience in neurology with advanced imaging capabilities.
• Experience with CSF collection and pre/post-operative care for neurologic patients.
• Credentialed veterinary technician preferred and demonstrated leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Neurology department and team members.
• Support diagnostics (MRI/CT), imaging scheduling, and surgical support.
• Coach technicians, provide feedback, and improve workflows and safety.
