Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to stable patients according to hospital standards of care
• Discharge, callbacks, and refill medications
• Client education and gathering histories for clinician
• Perform physical exams and monitor vital parameters
• Understand normal vital signs and IV placement
• Set up intravenous fluids and operate fluid pumps
• Restrain patients during consults and diagnostics
