Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a Director of Thought Leader Liaison to shape neurology strategy by engaging Medical Experts and translating insights into education and clinical impact. This remote, field-based role covers a broad US geography with up to 80% travel.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, Congress Strategy, and Field Leadership to plan advisory boards and speaker programs, ensuring compliant, scientifically grounded external engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Thought Leader engagement, field-based marketing, or medical affairs in pharma/biotech.
• Ability to travel up to 80% across a broad geography; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Medical Experts across Neurology.
• Execute compliant Medical Expert engagements to generate strategic insights.
• Inform marketing and educational strategies through impactful discussions.
• Capture and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
• Translate Commercial Strategy into field execution and stakeholder planning.
• Coordinate advisory boards, congresses, and speaker initiatives.
