Qualifications

• Preferred 4+ years of hands-on nursing experience in an ambulatory or inpatient setting.
• Exceptional clinical judgment to manage overlapping priorities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in EMR/EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor other RNs as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Lead a patient-first culture and resolve clinical queries.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist with clinical tasks.
