Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC seeks a Neurology Sales Specialist to execute impactful territory plans and deliver compliant, evidence-based messaging to physicians, HCPs, infusion centers, and clinics.

You will build strategic relationships, analyze sales data, and navigate distribution networks to achieve quarterly and yearly territory goals while maintaining CRM and sample-tracking standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
• 5+ years of documented pharmaceutical sales experience with quota attainment.
• 3+ years of direct sales experience in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) required.
• Biosimilars and/or infusion therapy sales experience, including buy-and-bill dynamics and infusion clinic operations.
• Experience calling on neurologists and neurology center personnel within the designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with targeted HCPs, clinics, and health systems to expand product reach.
• Engage in consultative, evidence-based dialogue covering disease state education and practice workflow considerations.
• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans analyzing prescribing trends and competitive dynamics.
• Navigate specialty distribution channels and collaborate with office staff to support product administration and access.
• Maintain CRM records, customer call reports, and sample tracking in compliance with policies.
