Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in the United States is seeking a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to maximize growth in a defined territory, launching first-in-class treatments and building trusted relationships with healthcare providers.

As a founding member of a new sales organization, you will develop territory plans, work with cross-functional teams, and drive compliant, high-impact execution while meeting aggressive sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field.
• Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders within Centers of Excellence, large academic medical centers, integrated health systems, and multidisciplinary specialty practices.
• New product launch experience preferred, particularly within specialty pharmaceutical or complex disease state markets.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with regional team members and external contacts at all levels.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in‑servicing of products.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide education.
• Strategically manage relationships with key accounts and tailor solutions to meet needs.
• Analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and manage promotional budgets.
• Adhere to Teva’s compliance policies and guidelines.
