Job summary

Qualifications

• Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care.
• Support professional nursing practice across settings and continuum of care.
• Lead through preceptor roles, informal/formal leadership, and quality improvement efforts.
• May drive personal vehicle as part of role responsibilities.
