Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a registered nurse to support the Neuro Behavioral and Neuro Education divisions. This role coordinates nursing care, provides direct patient education, and ensures safe transitions of care across settings.

You will work within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model, participate in leadership activities as a preceptor, and contribute to quality improvement efforts. A BSN is preferred and an active RN license plus BLS are required before start.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN, CCNE, or NLN CNEA; one year RN experience required.
• BSN preferred; excellent communication; teamwork; computer skills; adaptability; leadership and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, provide direct patient care, and educate patients and families.
• Support nursing practice across settings per Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model; ensure quality care.
• Provide leadership as a preceptor and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
