Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the Neuro Behavioral Division (0.6FTE) and the Neuro Education Division (0.3FTE), with occasional float hours as needed.

The RN coordinates nursing care and provides patient education, transitions of care, and collaboration across the care team. Minimum MN RN license and BLS required; BSN preferred; neurology experience welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year of RN experience required.
• Current RN license by applicable state.
• BLS valid for 90 days post start date; other certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and direct patient care.
• Provide patient/family education and transitions of care.
• Lead or participate in quality improvement and committees as needed.
