Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year of RN experience required.
• All entry-level associate degree RNs with RN start date after Apr 1, 2020 must obtain a bachelor’s degree within five years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care and education.
• Support professional nursing practice across settings and care Continuum.
• Provide leadership through mentoring, precepting, and quality improvement efforts.
• May be required to drive personal vehicle as part of the role.
