Job summary

Allina Health is a not-for-profit health system serving Minnesota and western Wisconsin. This RN role in Neurology/Spine supports patient care on an acute unit, with day/evening shifts and a 36-hour biweekly schedule.

You will assess patients, coordinate care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality neuroscience care. The position requires RN licensure, an Associate's or Vocational degree, 0–2 years of RN experience (new graduates welcome), and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Vocational degree required.
• 0 to 2 years RN experience, may consider new graduate RN.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0 to 2 years neuro experience requested.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish outcomes and plan of care.
• Maintains education and competencies to provide high quality patient care.
• Coordinates, collaborates, and delegates to ensure safe and effective care.
• Fulfills organizational requirements and supports unit operation as needed.
