Job summary

Amgen seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead the Neurology sales organization for UPLIZNA, guiding strategy and execution in a complex rare disease market. You will translate brand priorities into actionable regional plans and build a high-performing team across districts.

The role requires strategic leadership, collaboration with Marketing, Medical, and commercial partners, and a commitment to compliant, patient-focused performance across the region.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s with required years of collective account management, sales, marketing and/or commercial experience.
• At least 4 years of experience directly managing people.
• Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical commercial with rare disease preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional sales organization for UPLIZNA in Neurology.
• Translate brand strategy into focused execution and deliver results through a high-performing team.
• Develop regional strategy, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Training, Commercial Operations, HR and other partners to align objectives.
