Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Practice Manager I - Neurology in Chicago/ Glenview for full-time, 40 hours per week. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional travel to surrounding clinics for coverage.

The role reports to a director and oversees day-to-day operations, staff development, performance management, and ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards of a medical group clinic. Strong leadership and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or 5+ years experience in healthcare management.
• AHA Heart saver CPR - American Heart Association (AHA) Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day practice operations and staff issues, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Manage reception, scheduling, and rooming; support clinicians and clinical teams.
• Lead staff hiring, training, performance management, and accountability practices.
• Develop staff schedules and regular staff/professional meetings; provide direction for daily tasks.
• Monitor patient experience and employee engagement, and implement improvement tactics.
• Assist with budget monitoring and reporting variances to the director.
• Coordinate communication with provider leaders to drive alignment and operational improvements.

Education

Bachelor's Degree
