Compensation

36 days paid time off + comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Guaranteed base salary—not a short-term guarantee, but our ongoing compensation model, with additional quality and productivity bonus potential.

The base pay range for full-time employment is $301,704.00 - $383,240.00 annually.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
