Sentara Medical Group in Hampton, VA is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join the Old Hampton clinic. The position is full-time with a flexible schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, including 36 patient-facing hours and 4 hours of admin time.

Position Highlights:

• In a large call group with infrequent call nights.
• Call is minimal, phone only and triaged first 24/7 by an RN

Sentara Medical Group salary range for full-time employment is $256,505.60 - $353,808.00 annually.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
