Job summary

SynBio is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep – Primary Care (Entry level and/or Specialty) in Ohio. This full‑time role focuses on brand awareness, business development, and client acquisition, requiring excellent communication and a client‑facing mindset.

You will manage a portfolio of healthcare clients, assist with contracts and cost management, participate in training staff, and have opportunities for bonuses and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year working in sales or customer service.
• Proven record of meeting sales OR customer satisfaction goals.
• Capable of identifying, winning, and retaining clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Finding/engaging new clients and subsequently retain them for the long-term.
• Becoming a medical and pharmaceutical expert for your client base.
• Working with clients and helping them make the right decisions regarding their medical agreements and healthcare cost management needs.
• Developing and maintaining healthy, long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.
