EPM Scientific is seeking a Strategic Alliances Lead to build and manage partnerships with thought leaders, patient advocacy groups, and academic centers in neurology focus areas. You will work with cross-functional teams to advance educational and stakeholder engagement programs.

In this role, you will guide alliance strategy, support field teams, and help drive product launch activities and portfolio initiatives across therapy areas.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• At least 3 years of experience building relationships with KOLs.
• Experience in alliance management, advocacy relations, or field-based sales and leadership roles.
• Experience within neurology-related therapeutic areas preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, patient advocacy groups, and academic institutions.
• Represent the organization at advocacy events and conferences to strengthen stakeholder ties.
• Cultivate relationships with academic centers and support educational resources for professionals.
• Facilitate partnerships aligning with objectives and expanding portfolio programs.
• Provide strategic guidance, insights, and tools to field-based teams.
• Collaborate with training, marketing, medical affairs, compliance, and operations to support programs.
• Assist with product launch activities and ongoing portfolio promotion.
