Qualifikationen

• RN license required
• ADN (Nursing) required; BSN preferred
• 1+ year medical office experience preferred
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred
• Ability to assess physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs
• Strong documentation and organizational skills

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Advocate for patient health, safety, and rights.
• Provide patient and family education and evaluate teaching effectiveness
