Ascension Cedar Park Neurology and Sleep Medicine is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team. You will collaborate with two physicians to assess, diagnose, and manage complex neurological conditions, and guide diagnostic studies to build precise care plans.

You will educate patients and families, coordinate multidisciplinary referrals, and contribute to long-term quality of life through proactive care within a nonprofit health system.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant credentialed in Texas.
• Licensed RN or APRN in Texas with current licensure.
• Strong neurology knowledge and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient care for neurology patients alongside 2 physicians.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage complex acute and chronic neurological conditions.
• Order and interpret advanced diagnostic studies for individualized care.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and lifestyle.
• Coordinate referrals and connect patients with clinical and community resources.

Cedar Park Neurology and Sleep Medicine is seeking a skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Outpatient Neurology department. Partner alongside expert physicians to lead individualized patient care plans, drive clinical excellence, and elevate specialized healthcare in our region.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
