Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL seeks a Patient Service Representative (Neurology) to join our front desk team at 1200 S York Street, Elmhurst, and 303 W Lake Street, Addison. This full-time role is 36 hours per week with rotating shifts, no holiday eves or rotating weekends.

You will greet patients, schedule tests, verify insurance, register patients in EPIC, and assist with clinic operations while maintaining excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Keyboard and computer skills
• Valid driver's license if off-site location; maintain automobile liability coverage if using personal vehicle

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk coverage, answer calls, schedule appointments, greet patients, registers new patients in EPIC, schedules tests, verifies insurance eligibility, applies coverage and processes charges; support clinic operations.
