Job summary

Merck in Rahway, New Jersey is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to ensure study conduct aligns with ICH-GCP and country regulations, acting as the primary site contact and managing monitoring visits across phases.

You will develop site relationships, monitor data integrity, and support regulatory documentation while traveling domestically and internationally up to about 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in healthcare, with 2+ years direct site management/monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a scientific/healthcare field.
• Experience in Immunology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops strong site relationships and ensures continuity through trial phases.
• Performs site management/monitoring in compliance with ICH-GCP and local laws.
• Coordinates with sponsor roles to achieve Site Ready and assess site performance.
