Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements onboarding, orientation and training plans for staff.
• Acts as preceptor for new hires and reviews progress with orientee.
• Oversees clinical performance and provides feedback and conflict resolution.
• Direct patient care during volume surges or staffing needs.
• Collaborates with leadership to improve patient flow and address complaints.
• Participates in performance improvement activities including medical record reviews.
