Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, ME is seeking a Clinical Coordinator Tech to support clinical and administrative duties within the Non-Clinical Technician department. You will guide onboarding, orient new hires as needed, review progress with preceptors, and monitor staff performance during shifts.

The role includes mentoring staff, facilitating patient flow, addressing complaints, and contributing to performance improvement activities. A RN license and BCLS/ALS are required.

Qualifications

• Must have current and valid RN license issued by the state.
• BCLS and ALS upon hire and maintain current.
• Five (5) previous acute care hospital experience preferred.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and orient staff; act as preceptor as needed.
• Supervise clinical staff and provide feedback and conflict resolution.
• Provide direct patient care during surges or staffing shortages.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve patient flow and rounds.
• Participate in performance improvement activities including chart reviews.
