• Prescribes medications safely in accordance with best practices and NJ regulations.
• Collaborates with the practice/hospital team to plan and implement care.
• Mentors APNs, precepts students, and participates in educational programs.
• Promotes patient- and family-centered care and participates in interdisciplinary rounds.
