The University of Rochester is seeking a part-time clinical support professional to assist providers during exams in outpatient neurology clinics. You will handle a range of technical tasks, enter patient data into the EMR, prepare rooms and supplies, and support patient care with attention to safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, collecting vital signs, and aiding with administrative duties.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1 year of customer-focused/service experience required.
• Associate's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures and computer experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist providers during exams in outpatient clinics.
• Operate diagnostic equipment and monitor patient safety.
• Collect vital signs and perform specimen collection as ordered.
• Enter patient data and care provided into the EMR system.
• Prepare rooms and instruments for procedures and ensure supplies are stocked.
